Blood clots is a condition in which a blood clot forms inside a blood vessel. The blood clot may block the spot where it form or block other parts of the body if the blood clot breaks away from where it first form. When a blood vessel is block, blood cannot flow smoothly. Which can lead to other serious diseases, such as stroke and heart attack.
